The Baku International Sea Trade Port transshipped 1.89 tons of different cargo in January-April 2014 or by 13 percent less than in the same period of 2013, a representative in Baku port told Trend on May 27.
The Baku International Sea Trade Port transshipped 6.55 million tons of different cargo in 2013 which is by 8 percent more than in the same period of 2012.
Some 1,170 tons of a total volume of goods transported by the port fell to ferry cargo in January-April, which is 18 percent less than in the same period of 2013.
Some 325,000 tons of cargo were transported by the dry cargo terminal of the port in January-April 2014, which is 5 percent more than in January-April of last year.
