Turkey, Georgia to discuss energy cooperation

Georgian Vice-Prime Minister, Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze will pay an official visit to Turkey.
Kaladze will meet with Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz during his visit to Ankara, the Georgian Ministry of Energy told Trend Sept. 18.
During the meeting the sides will discuss issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation between Georgia and Turkey in the energy sector, expanding of trans-border trade, construction of transmission lines, facilitating private sector to expand trade relations in the energy field, signing of a new intergovernmental agreement in this area.
Kaladze's visit to Turkey will end on Sept. 19.
