Turkmenistan's Ministry of Industry has announced an international tender.
The tender is for designing and constructing a plant for production of thermal insulating materials in the district named after Saparmurat Turkmenbashi in Balkan province.
All those interested to participate in the tender should pay tender fee worth $1,000 or its equivalent in Turkmen manats.
The tender bids will be received till Aug.1, 2015, 16:00 (UTC/GMT +5 hours).
The account for transferring the funds will be specified upon submitting a written application.
The tender bids should be submitted from the date of publication of the notification.
The bids will be reviewed after the receipt of funds to the account.
The packages with tender documents will be received in two envelopes. The envelope with commercial bids should include only the price specification, while the envelope with technical bids should include all other required documents.
