Joint venture established in Uzbekistan’s free industrial economic zone

An investment project worth $35.2 million for the production of window aluminum profiles and other aluminum products in the volume of 35 tons is being implemented in the Navoi free industrial economic zone, the free industrial economic zone said.
Green Line Profil joint venture was established by British Dartlex Impex LLP, Uzbek J-United Grou and private entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan.
The project will be financed at the expense of the founders of the joint venture.
The Navoi free industrial and economic zone was established in December 2008 upon President Karimov's decree. The term of its functioning is 30 years with the possibility of extension.
Currently, there are about 50 enterprises established with the participation of foreign investors in the Navoi free industrial economic zone.
