Despite the ongoing developments in the world, Azerbaijan's economy has maintained its stability, Azerbaijan's parliament speaker Ogtay Asadov said Oct.13.
He made the remarks during the discussions on the draft state budget for 2016 and the subsequent three years.
The speaker said Azerbaijan's state budget stood out by being socially oriented in 2015 as well.
Great attention was paid to maintaining Azerbaijan's defense power and security issues and sufficient volume of funds was allocated for this purpose in 2015, said Asadov.
