Kazakhstan decreases oil, gasoline production

The production of oil, including gas condensate decreased in Kazakhstan by 0.8 percent and reached 59.5 million tons in January-September 2015 compared to the same period of last year, the Statistics Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan said.

Gasoline production in Kazakhstan in January-September decreased by 7.3 percent and reached 2.1 million tons, according to the committee.

Gas oil (diesel) production for the first nine months of 2015 in Kazakhstan decreased by 7.7 percent and reached 3.5 million tons.

The production of copper ore decreased by 14.2 percent - to 24.9 million tons in the country during the reporting period.

The production of refined copper increased by 38.1 percent - up to 0.3 million tons in Kazakhstan for the first nine months of 2015. The production of flat rolling decreased by 0.9 percent to 1.9 million tons, the report said.

The electricity production reduced by 2.5 percent to 66.6 billion kilowatt/hours in Kazakhstan.
