Turkmenistan's state concern "Turkmenavtoyollary" (Turkmen highways) has announced a tender.
The tender is for purchasing stations for the urban public transport in Ataturk street (between Chandybil and Kopetdag avenues) in Ashgabat.
All interested are invited to:
- submit an application listing the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration and details;
- familiarize themselves with the tender rules;
- get specifications and technical requirements;
- obtain the package of tender documents by paying 700 Turkmen manats (excluding VAT and banking costs).
Tender bids should be submitted to the commission for receiving tender bids at "Turkmenavtoyollary" state concern.

Deadline for submitting tender bids: 16:00 (UTC/GMT +5 hours), Nov.20, 2015.
Bids will be reviewed after the receipt of the tender fee to the account.
Tender bids should be submitted in two envelopes.
The first envelope should include full technical specifications and requirements for the offered products, as well as all necessary tender documents.
The second envelope should include only the bids (technical and commercial specifications) for prices for the offered products.
