Turkmenavtoyollary (Turkmen roads) state concern of Turkmenistan has announced an international tender for purchasing road bitumen.
All those interested to participate in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written application indicating the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration and details;
- read the tender rules;
- get the specification and technical requirements;
- get the package of tender documents by paying 700 Turkmen manats (excluding VAT and banking costs).
The tender bids should be sent till Feb. 10, 2016.
