Turkmenistan constructing carbamide plant

The issue regarding the progress of a carbamide plant construction in the city of Garabogaz (Balkan region) with a capacity of 1.155 million tons of production per year was discussed at the last meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, said the message of the Turkmen government.
At the meeting it was noted that "construction of the new enterprise of chemical industry is conducted at an accelerated pace."
The work on installation of ferroconcrete structures in manufacturing plants, pipelaying continue at the plant. With the commissioning of the enterprise, it is planned to export the plant's products by sea.
Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of tasks to further increase production capacities of the chemical industry, including those focused on production of high quality fertilizers to ensure the needs of the national economy. The Turkmen president instructed to carry out the constant control over the quality and timing of construction of a new carbamide plant, the message said.
