Azerbaijan's NIKOIL Bank has announced changes in its organizational structure.
Zaur Abiyev and Aleksey Chernin left the bank's board as a result of these changes, NIKOIL Bank said on its website.
Currently, the bank's board consists of the board head Vasily Khamaza, his deputies Sergey Savelyev, Fuad Taghiyev and Emil Mammadov, as well as the board member Fazil Huseynov.
NIKOIL Bank has told Trend that the decision was made due to the financial situation in the bank.
NIKOIL Bank is a universal financial and credit institution offering a full package of services including settlement, credit, payment, card, guarantee, inter-bank, documentary, and other transactions carried out in the national and foreign currency. The branch network numbers 21 points of sale located both in Baku and in other regions of Azerbaijan.
