Personnel changes took place at Azerbaijan’s NBCBank OJSC, as a result of which, Said Gasimov was appointed the acting chairman of the NBCBank Management Board.
Earlier, Gasimov served as deputy chairman of NBCBank Management Board.
Meanwhile, Elchin Mammadov, who previously served as the chairman of the NBCBank Management Board, was appointed the Management Board’s deputy chairman.
Currently, the NBCBank Management Board has three members, according to the information posted on its website. Besides Gasimov, the Board includes: Deputy Chairman Elchin Mammadov and board member Ofelia Hamidova.
NBCBank OJSC was created in December 1992.
