The Ministry of Industry of Turkmenistan has announced a tender to accept proposals regarding the creation of joint ventures, including production of large panel and ferroconcrete items, as well as basalt fiber-based thermal insulation.
The proposals will be accepted during 30 calendar days since the date of announcement.
The packages of documents will be accepted in two envelopes – with commercial and technical proposals (envelope with commercial proposal includes only the price specification, and the one with technical proposal - all other necessary documents).
