New Chairman of the Board of Directors has been appointed in the Kazakh Subsidiary of Russian Alfa-Bank, the website of Kazakh Stock Exchange KASE reported on Aug.5.
Russian Alfa-Bank which holds 100 percent shares in Kazakh Alfa-Bank elected Ilya Poz to this post.
Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan in the first Russian bank in Kazakhstan. It was created in 1994. The bank provides all kinds of banking services, and works with businesses as well as with individuals.
