The Khazar consortium, consisting of the Turkmen Oil state concern and Mitro International Limited conducts a marketing survey from October 12 to October 22 for the purchase of drill bits.
The consortium operates under a production sharing agreement for the Khazar contract area (East Cheleken field) in the Balkan region of Turkmenistan.
