Tender: Azerbaijan’s energy operator to buy electrical equipment

Azerbaijan’s energy operator Azerishiq OJSC has announced a tender on a number of lots to buy electrical equipment.

All those interested to participate in the tender should submit their proposals in two copies, sealed and confirmed with signature, in envelopes.

Tender documents will be accepted until 15:00 (UTC +4), Nov. 16, 2017, while tender proposals and bank guarantee can be submitted in a sealed envelope until 15:00, Nov. 27, 2017 to: 13 Bakikhanov Street, Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. Phone: (+994 12) 440-39-93

Bidders should submit the following documents:

- a written application for participation in the tender;

- a bank check on transfer of participation fee;

- tender proposal (must be valid within 30 days from the day of opening the envelope);

- a 2-percent bank guarantee (must be valid within 60 banking days from the day of opening the envelope);

- a certificate on absence of tax arrears and other overdue obligations from the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan;

- a copy of financial statement for the last one year of activity confirmed by the tax authorities;

- a bank statement on financial condition for 2016;

- company’s full name, legal status, charter, country of registration, and details;

- certificates of origin and conformity to the relevant goods;

- other documents.

Envelopes with tender proposals will be opened at 15:00 on Nov. 28, 2017 at: 8 A. Gayibov Street, Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, AZ1014.
