Kazakhstan works on the establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation of the local commodity producers, realizing the instructions on the development of inter-regional cooperation, given by the country’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev, the press service of Kazakhstan’s Aktobe region said in a statement.
The International Investment Forum «Акtobe Invest-2017», held in Kazakhstan is a clear illustration of active work implemented by the country in the field of economic cooperation of the regions and the attraction of investments in several regional projects.
One of the most important projects signed during the forum was a memorandum on the implementation of the "Construction of a plant for the production of soot" investment project, which was signed between the officials of the Aktobe region and the JSC "Shengyuan Technology Co., Ltd".
Soot is a new innovative material made from natural gas. Elements of "Industry 4.0" will be used in its production process. This material is used in printing and paint industries. The volume of investment, involved in the project is about 7 billion tenge.
Another significant project is the memorandum on production of technical ammonium nitrate and carbamide, signed by the regional officials and the LLP "Nitrokhim group of companies."
The implementation of this project will ensure the development of the manufacturing industry of the region and the creation of about 1,000 new work places. Foreign investments worth 130 billion tenge are expected to be attracted in this project.
Totally, 11 memorandums on cooperation worth more than 200 billion tenge were signed during the «Акtobe Invest-2017» forum.
