Rashad Aliyev has been elected independent member of Board of Directors of Azerbaijan’s Ata Sigorta OJSC, the company said.
The number of persons represented in the Board of Directors has reached three. Chairman of the Board of Directors is Adigozal Aghayev, and Rashad Rasul is a member of the Board of Directors.
Ata Sigorta OJSC has been operating since 2004 and it is part of AtaHolding LLC. It has charter capital of 12.4 million manats. The company's shares are 100 percent owned by the holding.
