Korea Eximbank increases credit line for Uzbek bank

Uzbekistan’s Uzpromstroybank and Korea Eximbank have recently signed an additional agreement to the main inter-bank agreement, implying an increase in the amount of the credit line for the Uzbek bank from $10 million to $30 million.

Uzbekistan’s Uzpromstroybank and Korea Eximbank have recently signed an additional agreement to the main inter-bank agreement, implying an increase of the credit line for the Uzbek bank from $10 million to $30 million.

The document was signed on the eve of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s state visit to South Korea, Uzpromstroybank said.

The intensification of cooperation is aimed at rendering further assistance to business entities and attracting modern technologies and innovative solutions from Korea.

As of August 1, 2017, Uzpromstroybank’s assets amounted to 13,493.8 trillion soums, the loan portfolio – 10,988.7 trillion soums, capital – 1,75.9 trillion soums, including authorized capital - 697.9 billion soums.
