The Center for Housing and Communal Services of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Finnish Kauko International company, according to which the companies will interact in several directions, focusing on projects on the introduction of digital technologies in the housing and construction sector of Kazakhstan, the press service of Kazakh Center for Housing and Communal Services (CHCS) told Trend.

In particular, CHCS also plans to cooperate with Finnish UROS (innovative Finland-based telecom services company), and PISARA (comprehensive management of water supply).

The companies have already developed the concept of digital management of water resources in Kazakhstan.

"The prospect of transferring SMART technologies to water resources management is of particular relevance. The cooperation with Finnish companies will include implementation of the SMART system in water cycles, digitalization and online monitoring of losses in central heating systems, as well as online installation of buoys in cities and villages to monitor the quality and level of drinking and waste water. Such system of resource management has been successfully applied in other sectors of Kazakhstan, including heat, power and waste management," the message said.

Presently, KazCenter Housing JSC actively works to find the most optimal options for the implementation of innovations in the sector of the infrastructure and housing complex of Kazakhstan.

The company analyzes the most advanced and efficient technologies, holds meetings with foreign companies and international financial organizations to increase the investment attractiveness of the housing and communal services in the country, attract extrabudgetary investments and develop public-private partnership.
