More Chinese companies registered in Turkey

Fifteen companies with Chinese share were registered in Turkey in February 2018, that is six companies more than in the same period of 2017, according to a report of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).
The report says the total capital of Azerbaijani companies registered in February 2018 totaled 6.4 million Turkish liras. The same indicator stood at 2.7 million liras in February 2017.
In total, 58,422 foreign companies were registered in Turkey in 2017.
In 2017, the number of German companies registered in Turkey stood at 428, Syrian companies – 256, Iranian companies – 231, Russian companies – 146. The remaining 57,225 companies accounted for other countries.
The number of foreign companies registered in Turkey rose by 14.38 percent in 2017 as compared to 2016.
