In June 2018, average cost per square meter of secondary housing in Tashkent was $610, which is 2 percent less than in May 2018 ($620), Uzbek Credo Max Estimation company stated in its review on July 9.
According to the information, cost of apartments in brick houses decreased by 2 percent to $644 as of June 2018, in panel houses – by 2 percent to $585.
Average cost of a square meter of real estate by number of rooms was as following: for one-room apartments – $618 (+2 percent), two-room apartments – $598 (-2 percent), three-room apartments – $608 (-3 percent), for apartments with four or more rooms – $631 (+2 percent).
In 5 out of 11 districts of the city average value of real estate has decreased, in 5 more districts it has grown.
The lowest average price was recorded in Bektemir region – $445, the highest – in Mirabad district – $721.
