Metal Processing LLC, a high-tech metal processing plant, is expected to be commissioned in the capital of Uzbekistan on July 12, the press service of Uztekstilprom association stated.
The new plant for production of sheet rolled metal was created in cooperation with the Uzbek company Metal Processing. The plant will produce a wide range of products from complex machine parts to small individual solutions. Investments in the latest equipment and rolled metal processing technologies will be beneficial to all consumers thanks to Swiss quality, competitive prices and timely delivery.
The project was implemented with support of the Government of Uzbekistan, the Uztekstilprom association, the Ministry of Economy of Uzbekistan and other departments.
The launch of the metal processing plant in Uzbekistan is a major step towards localization of Swiss Rieter machines in the country, but will also make an important contribution to development of modern metal processing industry, not only in Uzbekistan, but throughout Central Asia.
The opening ceremony of the plant for production of sheet rolled metal, specializing in production of high-precision metal parts using the latest European equipment, will be attended by a Swiss delegation led by the Federal Minister of Economy, Education and Scientific Research of Switzerland Johann Schneider-Amman.
Representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, the Uztelekstilprom association, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Innovative Development, producers of textile and sewing and knitted products will take part in the opening of the new plant as well.
