France-based Bouygues Construction company will carry out five projects in Turkmenistan, Trend learned from the company.
“Bouygues Construction was chosen to carry on 5 projects in Turkmenistan: a new conference centre; the Arkadag Hostel; the Turmenbashi bank; the Senegat bank and a government forum,” said the company.
However, Bouygues Construction declined to provide further details about those buildings.
Bouygues has long been represented in the Turkmen market. The French concern has implemented a series of projects, the total cost of which exceeded several billion US dollars.
It was reported in February 2018, that Bouygues company received new projects in Turkmenistan. The capital administration signed a contract for the construction of a luxury hotel. The document prescribes to commission the facility in September 2020.
The Department of General Affairs of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan was allowed to conclude a contract for the construction of a complex of buildings of the international congress center. The document prescribes to commission the complex in March 2020.
