Uzbekistan will launch production of aerated concrete using the tech solutions of China’s Shenjoy ZDZK on the basis of the Xanadu Grand Plus enterprise in the Kagan district of the Bukhara region of Uzbekistan, local media reported on Sep. 17.
According to the information, the enterprises will produce up to 100,000 cubic meters of aerated concrete. The Chinese investors are planning to invest at least $1.1 million in the company, where over 30 new jobs will be created.
After commissioning of the new enterprise, high-quality aerated concrete will be sold to the population and business entities engaged in construction of affordable housing throughout the republic.
Aerated concrete is a reliable and tested building material. It is made of autoclaved concrete. The composition includes cement, lime, quartz sand, water and special gas-forming additives.
The material has high strength, lightness and optimum thermal insulation. Aerated concrete’s porosity is up to 85 percent, so, the material has hardness of stone and porosity of a tree.
