Azerbaijan's Bollug LLC plans to expand the geography of export supplies of its products, the company’s manager Ilkin Balakishiyev told Trend Oct. 5.
“We produce a wide range of sweets, including chocolate products, candies, waffles and cookies,” he said. “The production potential of the company makes it possible to completely cover the consumption in the domestic market, therefore we plan to expand export opportunities. At the moment, the products of our company are supplied to Georgia and Kazakhstan, and from next year we plan to start exports to other countries of the former Soviet Union, in particular to Russia. In the future, we plan to establish exports of Azerbaijani sweets to Europe.”
The manager noted that in this regard, the company plans to increase production volumes.
“Production volumes mainly depend on the demand in the consumer market and the offers of our customers,” he said.
He added that the manufactured products have a Certificate of Conformity issued by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan. The company uses Turkish equipment.
