In accordance with the decision of the Management Board of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority of Azerbaijan (FIMSA), one legal entity and 62 individuals have received perpetual licenses to act as insurance agents in the country, the FIMSA said in a message.
The decision was made in accordance with Article 86.1 of the “Law on Insurance Activity” and subparagraph 4.10.5 of the FIMSA Charter.
In accordance with Paragraph 5.6 of the rules for “Organization and certification of candidates for senior positions of insurers willing to obtain a license for activities on relevant insurance mediation, as well as individuals willing to receive a certificate for actuarial activity”, a person who participated in the certification and answered correctly 70 test questions passes certification.
