"This measure, as well as further elimination of 'barriers to business' format, will be serious help in the development of small and medium-sized businesses, which will serve to strengthen and grow the economy of the region," he said.

The head of Aktobe region also instructed to check entrepreneurs for the presence of cash registers and POS-terminals in order to solve the issue of concealment of income by businessmen.

During the meeting, Saparbayev paid special attention to the development of the transport and logistics potential of Eurasia. He pointed out the need to establish contacts, first of all, with the closest neighbors of Aktobe – Bashkortostan, Samara and Tyumen regions of Russia.

Speaking of the development of roadside service, the governor noted that it is not yet at the proper level in the Aktobe region.

He also recommended the heads of agricultural enterprises to expand their activities by being simultaneously engaged in cultivation and animal husbandry, since this will provide the local population with permanent work and will guarantee the return of subsidies issued by the state for the expansion of production.
