Azerbaijan is working to fully digitize privatization process in the country, the chairman of the State Property Issues Committee Karam Hasanov said at the sixth meeting of the heads of privatization institutions of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) members on Oct. 26.
In Azerbaijan, work is underway to bring property management up to the world standards, Hasanov said.
In particular, he noted that such major projects as creation of the Electronic Cadastral Information System and satellite observation system are aimed at ensuring more efficient use of land plots, and are being implemented.
In addition, thanks to this, it became possible to issue a document of registration of the right to property within one day, as well as transfer of statements in electronic form.
