Azerbaijan may increase the volume of exports of poultry products to Arab countries next year, the Acting President of the Azerbaijan Export & Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO), Yusif Abdullayev, said Oct. 31 at a press conference.
He also did not rule out that in the future the geography and volumes of deliveries of poultry products could expand.
He further noted that Azerbaijan currently satisfies domestic demand for meat and meat products, but exports of these products haven’t been envisaged so far.
The meat production is projected to increase to 316,000 tons by the end of 2018, and to 320,300 tons in 2019.
