During the last year, 98 industrial workshops were put into operation in Iran's Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, deputy chairman for industrial affairs at the province's Industry, Mine and Trade Organization Muhammad Kazim Munzavi said, SHATA reported.
Munzavi noted that 11.74 trillion Iranian rials (roughly $279 million) were invested in the workshops.
He added that the workshops produce moquette, hydraulic turbines, autoclaves, centrifuges, feed for water animals, mineral waters, food packing, security doors, air filters, various concrete products, etc.
The workshops provided 1,434 people with jobs, Munzavi underlined.
