In January-November 2018, Renault was the most sold car brand in Turkey, Trend reports citing the Automotive Distributors Association (ODD).
During the period, 543,000 cars were sold in Turkey and 74,000 of them were Renault cars, the ODD said.
In the first 11 months of 2018, 58,000 Volkswagen cars and 52,000 Fiat cars were sold in Turkey, the association noted.
In November 2018, over 6,000 Renault cars were sold in Turkey.
Turkey ranks sixth in Europe in car production. Models of Ford, FIAT, Renault, Toyota, Honda, Opel, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz and MAN are currently assembled in Turkey.
