Azexport stores are expected to open in Russia and Ukraine in 1Q2019, Trend reports referring to a source at Azexport.
Presently, finance related issues are being solved, the source noted.
It was earlier reported that Azersun Holding expressed readiness to participate in the project, but Azexport plans to attract other entrepreneurs as well.
The opposite side, as agreed, takes on all the organizational issues related to the opening of stores. The only thing required from the Azerbaijani side is to ensure uninterrupted supply of products, which requires close cooperation with suppliers.
In general, it is envisaged that all types of Azerbaijani products will be sold in the stores. These products mainly include jams, compotes, mineral waters, meat products, sausages, hazelnuts, fresh and dried fruits, etc.
