An updated version of Rabitabank’s internet banking services will be available for public use by the end of March, a source at the bank told Trend.
Currently work is underway to develop a mobile app, and new communication stools will be added, the source said.
"Along with this, we are also updating our bot. It will also have new features. This product is an innovation not only for our market, but also for the CIS countries in general. Options, that will be included in the bot, have been analyzed from the point of view of user experience. Products will be launched in stages over two months. As for mobile banking, this service will be more corporate-oriented," the source said.
The updated version of mobile banking, in contrast to the currently used standard app, will include actual customer services. The app will be fully functional for devices running the operating systems Androd and iOS.
