By Fakhri Vakilov – Trend:

Low-cost cars from Uzbekistan - Ravon - will soon arrive on the Russian market, Trend reports via mototrpage.ru.

National Automotive brand GM Uzbekistan was founded in 2015. In 2017, the large-unit assembly of Ravon cars began at the enterprise “SaryarkaAvtoProm”.

In 2018, the sales of Ravon cars were suspended not only in export markets, but also in Uzbekistan itself.

However, at the end of March, sales of Ravon cars were resumed in Kazakhstan, as well as they can be purchased in Belarus as well.

GM Uzbekistan supplies Kazakhstan with Ravon cars in the form of vehicle sets, at the local Saryarkaavtoprom plant. Belarus, in turn, gets fully finished cars.

Meanwhile, experts are of the opinion that the resumption of sales of Ravon in Kazakhstan and Belarus is a good sign for Russian fans of the brand, because these countries belong to the Eurasian Economic Union, where Russia is a member.

Logically, GM Uzbekistan should start supplying cars to Russia.
