Exports of Iran's Aran & Bidgol county exceeds $125M

In the last Iranian year (March 21, 2018-March 20, 2019), Aran and Bidgol county of Iran's Isfahan province exported goods in the amount of $125.7 million, Ismail Baybourdi, the governor of the county, told IRNA, Trend reports.

Factory carpets, fittings, rose water and handmade products are the main export goods of the county, Baybourdi said.

Factory carpets with $81.7 million account for 65 percent of the county's total income from exports, while the exports of fittings accounted for 34 percent with $43.6 million, he noted.

Afghanistan, Iraq, China, Germany, as well as some African and Arab countries are main export destinations for the goods of Aran and Bidgol.

Aran and Bidgol county of Isfahan province is home to 103,000 Iranians and has about 800 production facilities.
