The loans worth 5.9 million manats were issued to the entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in January-March 2019, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee on April 23.
About 2.5 million manats of the issued loans were allocated for the creation or expansion of new production sites and about 3.4 million manats - for the development of private entrepreneurship.
Ten legal entities and 1,334 individuals were registered during the reporting period. Presently, 383 types of various products, of which 126 account for food products and 257 - non-food items, are produced in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
