IMIDRO's coal concentrate output up

In the first month of current Iranian year (started on March 21, 2019), coal concentrate production by Tabas and Central Alborz coal companies of Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) increased by 33 percent, Trend reports referring to IMIDRO.

During the reported period, the two companies of IMIDRO produced 47,187 tons of coal concentrate. This figure was 35,477 tons in the previous Iranian year (March 21, 2018-March 20, 2019), according to IMIDRO.

In the first month of the current Iranian year, Tabas Coal Company produced 40,395 tons of coal concentrate, while Central Alborz production accounted for 6,792 tons.

Moreover, in this period, the two companies produced 131,422 tons of coal, which is 28 percent more compared to the same month of the previous year (102,872 tons).

During the reported month, Tabas Coal Company produced 121,882 tons of coal, while the coal output at Central Alborz Coal Company amounted to 9,540 tons.

The amount of the coal concentrate the two companies supplied to their customers in the first month reached 67,148 tons and increased by 30 percent compared to the same month of the previous year (51,492 tons). Tabas sent 60,619 tons of coal concentrate to customers, while Central Alborz sent only 6,529 tons.
