A number of real estate transactions has increased in Kazakhstan in January-April 2019, Trend report referring to the Committee on Statistics of Kazakhstan.
”The number of transactions of purchase and sale of housing in January-April of 2019 amounted to 87,246. In April 2019, the number of registered transactions of purchase and sale of housing amounted to 28,189 and increased by 47.3 percent compared to the previous month. The number of transactions of purchase and sale of housing in January-April 2019 increased by 19.7 percent compared to the corresponding period last year,” the report said.
The largest amount of transactions (5,084) took place in Almaty and Nur-Sultan (3,202), whereas the least amount of transactions took place in Kyzylorda Region (615).
