In the first quarter of 2019, the trade turnover between Turkey and Georgia decreased by $44.7 million compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to $354.9 million, Trend reports referring to Turkey's Ministry of Trade.
In the 1Q2019, Turkey's exports to Georgia amounted to $285.7 million, while imports from Georgia equaled to $69.2 million.
In March 2019, the trade turnover between Turkey and Georgia decreased by $19.8 million compared to March 2018 and amounted to $132.4 million.
In March 2019, Turkey's exports to Georgia amounted to $110 million, while imports from Georgia reached only $22.4 million.
In 2018, the trade turnover between Turkey and Georgia amounted to $1.5 billion.
The total turnover of Turkey in March 2019 amounted to $34.5 billion.
