Uzbekistan exports beans to South Korea for first time

The beans under the brand “made in Uzbekistan” were exported to South Korea for the first time, Trend reports via Uzbek media.
Global Export Company signed a contract with Korean partners for the supply of bean products to South Korea.
Last week, the first batch of 66 tons was shipped in this direction. The cargo was shipped in special labeled packages made in Uzbekistan to increase the visibility of Uzbek products on the South Korean market.
"Sixty six tons of two types of beans (motley and speckled beans) were exported to the South Korean port of Pusan. The total amount of the contract was one million dollars," export specialist of Global Export Company Abbos Botirov said.
He stated that, in the near future, it is also planned to ship the first batch of mash in the amount of 120 tons to the South Korean market.
Previously, the company signed a contract for the supply of mash to the Netherlands, on the basis of which the export of mash to the Dutch market was made for the first time.
