On July 1-7, 2019, the deals concluded on the Uzbek Commodity Exchange (UZEX) amounted to 747,5 billion soums, Trend reports with reference to UZEX.
The total amount of transactions involving small businesses and private entrepreneurship almost doubled and amounted to 385,1 billion soums.
The volume of exchange trading amounted to 637,3 billion soums. The currency trading platform sold goods for the export in the amount of $ 7,8 million which four times exceeds the previous week’s same indicator.
Polyethylene made up 39 percent in the export structure, cotton fiber of different varieties occupied 27 percent, and liquefied gas, as well as other products amounted to 17 percent each.
The volume of exhibition and fair trade reached 44,3 billion soums, with an increase of 18.9 percent.
The amount of goods purchased by small businesses through online trading amounted to 5,2 billion soums, or 11,8 percent of the total amount of transactions.
Last week, transactions worth 62,5 billion soums were concluded through xarid.uz, a special information portal on public procurement.
The total savings of budget and corporate customers exceeded 15,1 billion soums.
In this period, 663 vehicle license plates were sold through online auction.
The cumulative amount of sold state license plates was about 3,3 billion soums.
As a result of competitive bidding, 19,2 percent of deals were made on premium class license plates, 48,1 percent of deals on category 2 and also 32,7 percent on category 3 of license plates.
