Rattan, the Azerbaijani manufacturer of wicker outdoor furniture, has increased production volumes by 12 percent in the first six months of this year, compared to the same period last year, a source in the company told Trend.
The source noted that the company plans to increase production by 15-20 percent till the end of this year.
“We plan to increase production, as there is sufficient demand for outdoor furniture in the domestic market,” the source said. “Domestic sales are stable during the year and increase in the summer season. We expect to sell products worth more than 200,000 manats by the end of the year. During the first six months, we sold products worth 100,000 manats.”
The company is the only enterprise in Azerbaijan that has a professional team of modern furniture designers.
