Which fields in Turkey are of interest to Kazakh investors?

In January-June 2019, 14 companies with Kazakh capital were registered in Turkey, which is six companies less compared to the same period of 2018, Trend reports referring to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.

The total capital of Kazakh companies registered in Turkey in January-June 2019 reached 2,790,000 liras, while in the same period of 2018 this figure made up 2,642,000 liras.

In January-June 2019, the largest number of Kazakh companies was registered in Istanbul (seven companies) and their total capital made up 1,350,000 liras.

“During the reporting period, six companies with Kazakh capital were registered in Antalya,” the union said.

In the first half of the year, one mining, four construction companies, seven wholesale and retail companies with Kazakh capital were registered in Turkey. The remaining two companies with Kazakh capital were involved in other sectors of the economy.

The total capital of seven wholesale and retail companies registered during the reporting period made up 795,200 liras, and that of the four construction companies made up 1,745,000 liras.
