Georgian TBC Bank signs framework agreement with Citybank

The Georgian TBC Bank has signed an agreement with Citybank, the largest international bank, on financing trade activities of local importers and exporters, Trend reports with reference to TBC Bank.

“The signing of this agreement is an important milestone in our successful multi-year partnership. This credit line will contribute to more active financing of export and import operations of our corporate clients and small and medium-sized businesses, and strengthen the Bank’s position in financing trade operations,” said Vakhtang Butskrikidze, CEO of TBC Bank.

Citybank is the world's leading bank with approximately 200 million customers worldwide, which operates in more than 160 countries. It offers a wide range of financial products and services to users, organizations, governments and institutions.

TBC Group is a limited liability company registered in England and Wales in February 2016. TBC Group became the parent company of TBC Bank in Georgia. The TBC Group is listed on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol TBCG and is included in the FTSE 250 index.
