Subsidiary of Russian bank provides funds to set up modern business center in Kazakhstan

A subsidiary of a major bank of Russia Sberbank in Kazakhstan has funded a large-scale project of BI Business LLC, a part of BI Group Holding, for construction of a large business center AURA II worth nine billion tenge, Trend reports with reference to the press office of the bank.

The modern 19-storey A-class business center will be located in the capital of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan city, and differentiated by high quality of decoration and engineering, automatized systems of livelihood and availability of parking. The administrative complex will be also distinguished by free layout, modern design, developed infrastructure of fiber-optic networks, and conference halls.

“This is not our first joint project with the BI Group Holding, and we hope that this initiative will be a successful continuation of our bilateral relations,” noted Yeldar Tenizbayev, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Sberbank's subsidiary.

Sberbank Kazakhstan has approved a credit line worth 5.5 billion tenge for BI Business for a period of seven years for the new business center construction.

“The relevance of this project is justified by the growing demand for high-quality office real estate in the capital. We are confident that the modern concept, exceptional location, unique architecture and thoughtful internal infrastructure will make the new administrative complex the best object for doing business,” said Gulnur Sarsekeyeva, Director of BI Property, which is also a part of BI Group Holding.

The opening of AURA II administrative complex is scheduled for the first quarter of 2020.
