Ak Bars Shipbuilding Corporation of Russia’s Tatarstan supplied a new high-speed passenger vessel Rovach to Turkmenbashi city, Trend reports referring to Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
Rovach was created on a platform tested and well-established in the Russian districts, but it was modernized taking into account the climatic conditions of the Caspian region, modern safety and comfort requirements for passengers.
The vessel has a speed of forty or more knots per hour. It has been equipped with a modern multimedia complex. The vessel has been designed for 126 passengers. The new vessel will run on the Turkmenbashi - Khazar, Turkmenbashi - Gyzylsuw route.
