Azerbaijani bread production company Brot Baku will replenish its assortment with another type of product, the company's technologist Nigar Abdullayeva told Trend.
According to her, the company plans to establish pizza production.
"It is expected that this idea will be implemented by the end of the current year or by the beginning of the coming year. It is planned to initially arrange production in small volumes, and, in case of stable market demand, we may expand production in the future," Abdullayeva said.
She also noted that the company also intends to produce hamburgers.
" It is planned to start developing new types of products in the autumn of this year, and the company's specialists are studying market demand to this end," the manager said.
The products of Brot Baku are sold in the Bravo market chain, and it is also available for sale in the company’s specialized store.
