Azerbaijan’s meat and dairy producer, the company Sab, completed the development of a new sausage production line, Rovshan Abdullayev, marketing manager of the company, told Trend.
He said that the production will include a new variety of smoked sausage.
"Finished products will go on sale in October this year," he noted. "It is planned to produce up to 500 kg of sausage products per day. At the same time, the retail price of one kilogram of products will be 27 manats."
He noted that the company produces seven types of sausages, and in the near future it is planned to increase their number to 10.
"We will increase the production of sausages by opening a new line of halal products," he added.
The company's plant is located in Khirdalan city.
