The sausage producer in Azerbaijan - SAB company has produced new types of sausages for the domestic market, a source in the company told Trend.
“The issue is the production of halal sausages,” the source said. "The company began to produce new types of sausages in summer of 2019. Two new types of sausages are planned to be supplied to the market by early October. In total, five new types of halal products have been manufactured.”
“The daily production volumes of new types of sausages are planned to be increased up to 500 kilograms,” the source said. “The retail prices for new types of sausages will range from 20 manat to 28 manat per kilogram.”
Presently, the company produces 60 types of meat products and 50 types of dairy products under SAB brand. The company’s factory is located in Azerbaijan’s Khirdalan settlement.
