Second building of Iran’s Sabzevar Steel Making Plant will be constructed in Razavi Khorasan province, said Iranian MP Hossein Maghsodi, Trend reports citing ILNA.
He said that the Chinese side will invest 265 million euros for the construction.
He added that about 10 years ago, construction of the first building of the plant started with 85 percent participation of the private sector and 15 percent of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
At that time, the private sector invested 7.5 trillion rials (about $178 million) in the construction, he said.
“About 1,100 people are working in the first building of the plant,” he added.
